Frequently asked questions
How quickly do I get the images?+
For events lasting up to 4 hours, usually within 48 hours. With express delivery, you receive all images within 24 hours – and a selection of 10 highlights within just 12 hours, ideal for a social media post the next morning.
How many images will I receive?+
Around 50 edited images per hour – carefully selected, no series of near-identical shots.
What may I use the images for?+
You may use the images on your website, on social media, in internal communications and for press and editorial purposes at no extra charge. For advertising (e.g. adverts, posters or paid campaigns), I'm happy to provide a separate quote. A photo credit is appreciated.
What is included in the price?+
On-site photography, image selection, editing, an online gallery for viewing and downloading, and travel up to 40 km each way. All prices include VAT. Travel beyond 40 km each way is quoted on request.
